Harees Par Rukna


Baaz Log Quran Padhte Waqt Surah -e- Tauba Ki Aakhiri Aayaat Mein Lafze Harees Par Ruk Jaate Hain Aur Phir Yahan Se Jaari Karte Hain, Ye Tariqa Durust Nahin Hai, Ulama -e- Kiraam Ne Isse Mana Farmaya Hai Jiski Wajah Ye Hai Ke Is Maqam Par Rukne Se Maana Mein Taghayyur Aa Jaata Hai, Aap Khud Mulahiza Farmayein

Aayat Ye Hai :

لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوْلٌ مِّنْ اَنْفُسِكُمْ عَزِیْزٌ عَلَیْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِیْصٌ عَلَیْكُمْ بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ رَءُوْفٌ رَّحِیْمٌ

(سورۂ توبہ:128)

Agar Is Aayat Ko Padhte Waqt Harees Par Ruk Jaayein To Maana Ye Hoga :

Beshak Tumhare Paas Tashreef Laaye Tum Mein Se Wo Rasool Jin Par Tumhara Mashaqqat Mein Padna Giraa'n Hai, Harees Hain!

Agar Mukammal Aayat Padhi Jaaye To Baat Mukammal Hoti Hai Ke Nabiye Kareem Apni Ummat Ki Bhalai Ke Liye Harees Hain Lekin Waqfa Karne Se Maana Ye Hota Hai Ke "Wo Harees Hain" Aur Yahi Wajah Hai Ke Yahan Par Rukne Se Mana Kiya Gaya Hai


Allama Mufti Akhtar Husain Qadri Se Sawal Kiya Gaya Ke Zaid Halate Namaz Mein Is Aayat Ko Padhte Hue "Harees" Par Waqf Karta Hai Jab Ke Waqf Ke Qaide Se Is Jagah Waqf Qabeeh Hai To Aisa Karne Se Namaz Hogi Ya Nahin? 

Aap Jawab Mein Likhte Hain Ke Har Aayat Par Waqf Jaaiz Hai, Agarche Aayat "Laa" Ho Albatta Agar Waqf Karne Mein Kahin Maana Mein Taghayyure Fahish Ho Raha Hai To Qabeeh Hai Magar Namaz Bahar Haal Ho Jayegi, Fatawa Aalamgeeri Mein Hai :

اذا وقف فی غیر موضع الوقف او ابتدا فی غیر موضع الابتداء ان لم یتغیر بہ تغیرا فاحشا لا تفصد صلاتہ بالاجماع بین علمائنا ھکذا فی المحیط وان تغیر بہ المعنی تغیرا فاحشا لا تفسد صلاتہ عند علمائنا و عند البعض تفسد صلاتہ والفتوی عدم الفساد لکل حال ھکذا فی المحیط (جلد1، ص81) 

Isi Tarah Bahaare Shariat Mein Bhi Hai

Zaid Ka "Harees" Par Waqf Agarche Baqaida -e- Qirat Qabeeh Hai Magar Namaz Ho Jayegi

Hazrat Allama Mufti Waqaruddin Qadri Rahimahullahu Ta'ala Iske Mutalliq Likhte Hain Ke "Harees" Par Rukna Jaaiz Nahin, "Alaikum" Par Waqf Karna Chahiye "Hareesun Alaikum" Ke Maana Hain Wo Tumhari Bhalai Ke Nihayat Chahne Waale Hain Aur Agar Harees Par Jab Waqf Kiya Jayega To Is Ka Maana Ye Hoga Ke Huzoor ﷺ Harees Yaani Lalchi Hain, Ye Baat Ghalat Hai Aur Shaane Nuboowat Ke Khilaf Hai
