Vote aur Ulama -e- Deen 


Tamam musalmanon ke liye ye jaanna zaroori hai ke vote ke bare mein Ulama-e-Deen (ya'ni Deen ko jaanne walo) ne kya farmaya hai taaki hum apna nazariya durust rakh sakein. Is tehreer mein vote ke talluq se kai aham baatein bayan ki jaayengi.

Aaj se taqreeban pachchis (25) saal pehle hamare padosi shehar Bokaro Steel City se Khalifa -e- Huzoor Muftiye Azame Hind, Allama Mufti Shariful Haq Amjadi (rehmatullah alaih) ke paas ek sawaal bheja gaya tha ke:
Kya farmate hain Ulama-e-Deen is masle mein ke hamare shehar mein kuchh Musalman awam aur Ulama mein se BJP ko vote dilane dene aur aur is party mein rukniyat hasil kar ke Bharatiya Janta Party ki wakalat karne walon ko kafiro murtad aur kharije islam hone ka fatwa de chuke hain, in sab ki dalil yeh hain:
BJP Hindu raaj qaaim karna chahti hai,
Muslim personal law mein tarmeem kar ke yaksa'n civil code ke nifaaz ke liye koshan hai,
Masajid o Eidgah ko mandiron mein tabdeel karna chahti hai, jis ki khuli shahadat Babri Masjid ki shahadat hai,
BJP Hindu raj qaaim kar ke RSS ki taaleemat ko farogh dena chahti hai,
RSS ki taaleemato maqasid Musalmanon ka shuddhi karne, Islam ko nesto nabood karna aur vande mataram kehalwana hai aur Hindu dharm mein Musalmanon ko shamil karna hai jab ke yeh sare muamlaat jamhooriat ke munaafi hain aur Islam ki tauheen hain aur tauheene Islam kufr hai is liye BJP mein shamil Musalman aur us ko vote dene dilane walay kharije Islam hain kyun ke vote dena aur dilana aur is party ki rukniyat hasil karna kufr ki madad hai aur kufr ki madad karna kufr hai.
Lihaza aap se guzarish hai ke mufassal jawab ke saath yeh bhi wazeh farma dein ke mazkoorah wujoohaat (reasons) ki bina par kufr ka fatwa dena jaiz hai ya nahi? Agar nahi to kyun? Aur agar haan to phir kya un ke saath kaafiron jaisa hi sulook kiya jaaye?

Allama Mufti Shariful Haq Amjadi (rehmatullahi alaih) jawab mein likhte hain:
BJP ke baare mein aap ne jo kuchh likha hai woh sahi hai is liye agar koi Musalman BJP ki in daf'aat ko jaanne ke baad is niyyat se BJP ki himayat kare ya us ki party mein shareek ho ya use vote de to yaqeenan woh kafiro murtad hai. Lekin aam tor par Musalman vote apne zati mufaadat hasil karne ke liye dete hain. Un ka maqsad party ki aghraazo maqasid hasil karna nahi hota balki apna zaati faida hasil karna maqsood hota hai. Maslan mulazamat, koi license ya kisi muqaddime mein bara'at waghera ya yeh ke kuchh paise mil jaayenge. Is liye Bhajpa ke har vote dene waale ko kafiro murtad kehna sahih nahi, haan yeh zaroor hai ke yeh haram ashad haram, fisq badtarin fisq aur Musalmanon se ghaddari zaroor hai. Agar parties ke manshoor ko dekha jaaye to az ru'e shara kisi party ko vote dena jaiz nahi hoga, Congress kya kam hai? Babri Masjid ka naza'a aur phir us ki shahadat ki sari zimmedari Congress ke sar hai. Musalmanon ki dushmani mein Congress ne koi kami nahi ki hai. Jis waqt Congress ko hukumat mili thi us waqt ki banisbat aaj Musalman kitne pasmanda ho chuke hain, kitne peechhe dhakel diye gaye hain, yeh kisi se posheeda nahi hai. Aur taqreeban tamam parties ka yahi haal hai ke election ke waqt lambe lambe wade karte hain aur baad mein Musalman ki taraf dekhte nahi. Koi Musalman faryad le kar jaaye to sunte nahi. Fatawa Behrul Uloom mein bhi yahi sawal darj hai jo humne naqal kiya aur sawal bhejne waale bhi alag nahi balki wahi hain. Jawab mein Behrul Uloom, Allama Mufti Abdul Mannan Aazmi (Rahmatullahi Alaih) likhte hain:
Is mein shubah nahi ke sawal mein jin baato ka zikr kiya gaya hai un mein kai ek aisi hain ke unka deene Islam se koi talluq nahi, un par amal karna ya unhein baroye kaar laana to badi baat hai, agar koi unse raazi ho aur us ki tasdeeq kare to daira -e- Islam se kharij hai.
Fiqh ki tamam kitabon mein likha hai:
"رضا بالکفر کفر"
Yani kufr se raazi hona bhi kufr hai.
Lekin vote aur election ke zamane mein Islam aur kufr ki bareekiyon tak jaana kuchh zaroori nahi. Aankh ke khule aur band hone ki koi takhsees nahi. Har andha aur ankhyara dekh raha hai ke BJP ki hukumat mein public jis qadar pareshan hoti hai, amn-o-aman ki halat jitni mukhdush hai, iqtisadi bad-haali ka jo haal hai aur zulm-o-gharatgari ka jo toofan hai us ko dekhte hue Hindu, Musalman, Sikh, Isai kisi ko bhi aise corrupt siyasatdanon ko khwah kitna bada neta kyun na ho, vote de kar Bharat ki hukumat sonpna najaaiz aur gunah hai balki main to yeh kahoonga ke ghalat members chahe kisi party ke ho'n Bharat ki poori public yeh koshish kare ke un ki zamaanat zabt ho jaaye.

Kisi aadmi ko vote de kar assembly ya parliament mein bhejne ka matlab Islami shariat mein yeh hai ke woh member paanch saal ki muddat mein jitna zulm, na-insaafi, rishwat khori aur jalsaazi aur najaaiz kaam karega sab ka gunaah vote dene wale ke sar hoga.
Quran Shareef mein hai:
Neki aur parhezgari par ek doosre ki madad karo aur zulmo sarkashi par madad na karo (Al-Maidah: 2)

Fatawa Sharaiyya mein ek sawaal zila Champaran, Bihar se kiya gaya ke Zaid jo Haaji aur ek Sunni idare ka sarparast aur wahan ki qaum ka sarbarah hai, haaliya guzishta election mein usne ek Musalman ummidwar ke muqable mein ghair muslim ummidwar ko kaamyaab banane ki bharpoor koshish ki hatta ke Madina Munawwara ki topi logon ke qadam mein daal kar us muqaddas topi ke sadqe mein ghair muslim ke liye Musalmano se vote talab kiya aur ghair muslim ko kaamyaab banaya, ab Zaid par shariat ka kya hukm hai?

Jawab mein Allama Mufti Muhammad Fazle Kareem likhte hain ke Musalman ummidwar ke muqable mein ghair muslim ko kaamyaab banane ke liye Haji Musoof ki sa'i wa koshish aur logon ke qadmon mein topi ka daalna sakht gunah aur shar'ai usool ke khilaaf hai jab ke Qurane Hakeem ne imaan walon aur Sahaba -e- kiraam ki ye tareef bayan ki ke "Woh kafiron par sakhti karne wale aur aapas mein ya'ni Musalmanon par rahmo karam karne waale hain" Haji Musoof ne is ki khilaf warzi ki jo ek Musalman ke shayane shaan nahi, lihaza unko ailanya tauba karna chahiye.

Fatawa Sharaiyya mein ek aur sawal kuchh yun hai ke Zaid ki basti mein ek Hafiz Sahib pesh imam hain. Wo masjid ke kaam anjam dete hain, jab vote ka waqt aaya to imam sahib kisi shakhs se baat kar rahe the ke "Congress ne musalmano ke haq mein bahut ghaddari ki hai, is liye vote Jansangh ko dena chahiye" us waqt Zaid ne Hafiz sahib ko "kafir" qarar diya halanki Hafiz sahib ek Sunni khayal ke aadmi hain. Barahe karam muttala farmayen ke Hafiz sahib "kufr" mein aaye ke nahi aur Zaid par shariat mein koi pabandi hai ya nahi? Zaid ne ghalat kaha ya sahi?

Jawab mein Allama Mufti Fazl Kareem Hamidi farmate hain: Zaid ne jo imam sahib ko vote dene ke silsile mein kafir kaha, Zaid is qaul se sakht gunahgar, mustahiqe azabe naar hua, Zaid ko foran toba kar ke tajdeede iman wa tajdeede nikah karna chahiye kyunki kisi musalman ko kafir kehne se woh kufr khud kehne wale ki taraf palat jata hai, Jansangh ya kisi aur party ko vote dene se kafir nahi hota, Zaid ka qaul laghw wa behooda hai, usko tauba karna wajib hai.

Hum ne Vote dene ke talluq se Ulama -e- Deen ka nazriya pesh kiya jis se wazeh hota hai ke zalim aur Islam dushman partiyo ko vote dena hargiz jaaiz nahi hai. Agar koi achha umeedwar maujood na ho to kisi ko bhi vote na diya jaye. Koshish ki jaye ke ek achha umeedwar khada kiya jaye. Siyasat mein bhi musalmano ko chahiye ke apni pakad mazboot karein kyun ke is ke zariye qoum ke kai bade masail hal ho sakte hain.

Ulama -e- Ahle Sunnat, Peer sahiban aur qaum ke maaldar logon ko is janib tawajjo dene ki zaroorat hai ke mustaqbil ke liye humein kis tarah kaam karna chahiye. Abhi halaat jo bhi ho lekin is ka yeh matlab nahi ke mustaqbil bhi aisa hi hoga. Agar mehnat aur lagan ke saath kaam kiya jaye to bahut kuchh badla ja sakta hai

Hum ne dekha ke kuchh log na to khud siyasat mein aate hain aur na dusro ko aane dete hain aur woh is tarah ke apne manne walon ko siyasat se door rehne ko kehte hain. Yeh durust nahi hai. Qaum ki taraqqi ke liye jin shobo'n mein kaam karne ki zaroorat hai un sab ko chhod kar faqat kisi ek shobe ko hi awwal akhir samajhna ghalat hai. Behtari isi mein hai ke jo jis shobe mein kaam kar sakte hain, us mein achhi tarah kaam karein
